BuildFlow SMS Consent (Verbal Opt-In)

BuildFlow is used by general contractors to coordinate job schedules with subcontractors using text messages.

Verbal Opt-In

Subcontractors provide verbal consent before any SMS messages are sent.

When Consent Is Obtained

Consent is obtained during job coordination with the general contractor, either over the phone or in person, before BuildFlow sends any automated job-related text messages.

The general contractor reads the consent script below to the subcontractor and receives verbal confirmation that they agree to receive SMS messages related to job scheduling and coordination.

Verbal Consent Script (Read Before SMS Is Sent)

The following script is read by the general contractor to the subcontractor before any SMS messages are sent:

You are agreeing to receive transactional text messages from BuildFlow related to job scheduling and coordination.

These messages may include scheduling details, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.

Message and data rates may apply.

Message frequency may vary based on job activity.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Reply HELP for help.

Use Case

Messages sent by BuildFlow are transactional and job-related only. BuildFlow does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Privacy

BuildFlow does not sell or share mobile phone numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.
